I'm Emanuelle — a London-based recipe developer working at the intersection of flavour, nutrition, and beautiful food. My work draws from a wide range of culinary traditions, with a particular love for Middle Eastern-inspired cooking, seasonal vegetables, and simple techniques that deliver extraordinary results.
I work with food brands, magazine editors, cookbook publishers, and digital platforms to create recipes that are thoroughly tested, styled with intention, and deeply satisfying to cook and eat.
Recipe Development
Every recipe Emanuelle develops is tested, tasted, and refined until it's genuinely worth cooking — clear enough for a first-timer, interesting enough for an experienced cook. The focus is always on real ingredients, achievable techniques, and food that delivers on flavour.
She works with magazines, cookbook authors, food brands, and online publications to develop recipes that fit the brief, photograph beautifully, and hold up in the home kitchen.
Emanuelle cooks the way people love to eat — generous, sharing-style spreads laid out at the table for guests to help themselves. Think big platters, vibrant sides, and food that brings people together rather than keeping them waiting for a plated course.
Available for events, popups, press days, location shoots, and private gatherings across North London. Food can be cooked on-site or prepared and dropped off depending on the occasion.
