I'm Emanuelle — a London-based recipe developer working at the intersection of flavour, nutrition, and beautiful food. My work draws from a wide range of culinary traditions, with a particular love for Middle Eastern-inspired cooking, seasonal vegetables, and simple techniques that deliver extraordinary results.

I work with food brands, magazine editors, cookbook publishers, and digital platforms to create recipes that are thoroughly tested, styled with intention, and deeply satisfying to cook and eat.
